Tasting notesGrapes grown in schist and clay soils of Herdade Penedo Gordo. The combination of the alcohol and sweetness, result in a fresh and well-structure finish. Serve chilled as an appetizer or less cold to pair with sweet desserts.This wine was produced in an Ancestral process by adding high quality Aguardente Vínica to the grape must of selected white grapes, without any fermentation later.
