Quality, Food Safety and Sustainability Policy
Quinta das Arcas' main mission is to produce quality wines that respect nature and create brands with added value for the consumer.
Its vision is to become a family-run company with a long tradition and a high reputation in the production of Vinhos Verdes, Alentejo and Douro.
Aware of the challenges that exist, the organization is committed to:
- Developing and creating quality products that meet the needs of customers and consumers.
- Promoting partnerships with customers in the national and international markets, as well as increasing proximity to the market with its own or shared structures.
- Promoting the continuous improvement of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, ensuring the authenticity, safety and quality of products and services, complying with all legal and regulatory requirements such as HACCP and BRC.
- Promote communication and continuous learning among all employees in good internal practices of hygiene and food safety, occupational safety and environmental issues to encourage improvements in the culture of food safety, quality and sustainability.
- Establish relationships of trust with all stakeholders, focusing on values of ethics, honesty and equity.
- Ensure sustainable practices at an environmental, economic and social level.
