Tasting notesWe started to produce this cheese to meet the needs of a growing number of clients who wish to restrict the intake of salt and fat in their diet.
After homogenization of the each lot, the production process is the same as the classic soft cheese.

     
Profile
EXTERIOR: Ivory white color, fine peel, regular surface covered with protective food film and cotton fabric. Cylindrical, with sharp edges
Rounded, slightly convex flat surface.
INTERIOR: Soft, homogeneous white texture and creamy consistency. Cut well-bonded, soft, shiny with few eyes, round, uniform and scattered throughout the paste.

AROMA: Light and pleasant with a discrete dairy component.
PALADAR: Moderate intensity and milky, unctuous, slightly prolonged
Light acidity with little salt.
