Tasting notesThis artisanal cheese has na irregular interior with a warm aroma bouquet with hints of curry and cumin. With a tangy and lactic acidity, its fibrous texture and a slight spicy aftertaste, makes this cheese very unique.
 
Profile
EXTERIOR: Mustard yellow color with slightly greenish tones, result of the migration of the aromatic herbs present in the cheese. Thin, irregular and coated with a colorless food film (aqueous solution of polyvinyl acetate copolymer).
INTERIOR: Semi-soft, greenish-yellow, irregular paste characterized by the presence of various herbs and seasonings. With small eyes scattered through the briefcase. Offers some resistance to cutting.
